Multi-Objective Optimization Design Method for Whole-Aeroengine Coupling Vibration

چکیده

With the increasing thrust-to-weight ratio of modern aeroengines and widespread adoption thin-walled casing, impact coupling vibration effect between rotor stator on critical speed, rotor–stator mode shape coordination, response characteristics whole engine have become increasingly prominent. However, vibrational design whole-engine has thus far relied human experience, revealing a need for study its intelligent optimization. In this study, to quantitatively analyze engine, three evaluation indexes were defined, which risk coefficients strain energy, cross-section rubbing. Using these as optimization targets, multi-objective method aeroengine support stiffness was proposed. The turbofan with large bypass performed. results showed that index machine can be reduced different degrees is optimized.
